Marsha Allen, MD—Clinic Physician—Corpus Christi, TX
Dr Allen received her bachelors degree in Biology from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and her MD from the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Allen is board certified in family practice and has been in practice for over 20 years. She is currently the clinic physician for the Health by Design Corpus Christi Clinic.
Robert L. Bowling, DO - Clinic Physician – Port Arthur, TX
Dr. Bowling received his bachelors degree in Biology from Lamar University and DO from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. He oversees Health by Design’s Port Arthur clinic. Bowling has been in practice for over 20 years and is board certified by the American Osteopathic Association. Bowling is active in numerous medical and osteopathic organizations.
Lawrence J. Hoberman, MD – Executive Exam Physician – San Antonio, TX
Dr. Hoberman received his bachelors and MD from the University of Nebraska. Hoberman has been in practice for more than 40 years which combines a career in the USAF and private practice. He works in Health by Design’s Executive Exam division at the corporate headquarters in San Antonio. Hoberman is board certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology. He has written in numerous medical publications and is active in local professional associations.
Michele Phillips, MD – Clinic Physician – San Antonio, TX
Dr. Phillips received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and MD from Case Western Reserve University School. Prior to her medical school studies, she was a nurse for 13 years. Phillips served in the USAF as a Family Practice Physician for 7 years, and was a Flight Surgeon for the last 2. She has been in practice for over 10 years and is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Phillips currently works at several Health by Design clinics throughout San Antonio.
Jennifer Retzloff, MD – Clinic and Executive Exam Physician – San Antonio, TX
Dr. Retzloff received her bachelors degree from Texas A&M University in College Station and her MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Retzloff is board certified in internal medicine and has been in practice for over 12 years. She works in Health by Design’s clinics throughout San Antonio as well as at the Executive Exam division at the corporate headquarters.
Randall M. Vanover, MD – Clinic and Executive Exam Physician – San Antonio, TX
Dr. Vanover received his bachelors degree in biology and his MD from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Vanover is board certified in internal medicine and has been in practice for over 25 years. He works in Health by Design’s clinics throughout San Antonio as well as at the Executive Exam division at the corporate headquarters. Vanover is active in numerous medical organizations and mentors “at-risk” young people.
